I have been living in Prague for more than 3 years, originally, I am from Italy. Next week my brother finally got opportunity to visit me in my new home. He is really interesting person and huge fan of sport especially football. Other than sport he loves mountains and beautiful views.
Last couple of days I have tried to create list of places to visit in Prague. I tried to include as many activities as possible. Unfortunately, there aren’t any mountains near the city, but I think I have solved this problem too. Here are my tips of what to do in Prague:
Sport Activities:
On Saturday evening there is football match between Prague biggest rivals Sparta Prague and Slavia Prague. I hope this game will offer great atmosphere and at least decent football experience. Next morning, I was thinking to go running or roller-skating on Ladronka Park and have picnic there.
Monuments and views:
I am definitely going to take my brother to Petrin Lookout Tower. This 61 metres high sister of the Eiffel Tower offers great view on Prague. We would like to go to Vysehrad Fortress and walk around the walls as well. Then I was thinking about one more nice view. Firstly, I thought Zizkov National Monument would be cool, but then I read on the website www.pragueinone.com about the visit of South Tower of St. Vitus Cathedral and my problem of what to see in Prague was solved immediately.
